The sleepy spells just wont go away!...was watching qian jin bai fen bai until 12.40 yest nite...well..i only started watching at 10.40...cos i reached home at ten..this whole week...i've been out at nite...two days of driving...two days of tuition and today im going to register for my dance classes with peilin..yeah!!..finally...my wish since sec two is going to come true... yest morning went for the strategy meeting and discussion of India Advisary panel..got to see the big indian bosses from the major business conglomerates in india...and also the management of ie...plus other ceos of spore companies...and how they interact with one another and debate about issues regarding india...out of around 40 important people...only five of them were female....that's like 12.5%...guess it must be really tough to be a female businesswoman..and out of five..four were still miss..so not married...imagine the amt the sacrifice one has to make!!...and some of them rather fierce and stern...perhaps that's a very impt way to get around in a male-dominated business world....who knows..maybe they have a really soft heart inside...they are just putting up a strong front so that they will not be undermined by their male counterparts.... One of the females who left a very strong impression in me is the president and CEO of Ascendas, Miss Chong...she is a very charismatic person..she talks with very good flow and content...and the tone and pace she use is very friendly and appealing..she talks at a very moderate speed and most importantly, she is able to make people listen to her while getting her points across to them...really a person who deserves my admiration and if i really enter into the business world next time...i hope to be a person like her...:)
